CANCELLATION & RETURNS

  1. Cancellation is not allowed.
  2. We believe in customer satisfaction and hassle-free shopping experience. So we allow return for production defect products within 7 working days.
  3. We only accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the purchase date. Orders must be delivered. The address of the recipient must be in India. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  4. Our return policy accommodates returns within 7 days from the delivery date, only for production defect products.
  5. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 10-15 business days.
  6. Customer needs to wrap the products in the original packing they arrived in. All returns must be in their original and purchased condition.
  7. Pick-up service charge will be deducted from total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
  8. Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping charges are non refundable.
